Just as RESTLESSNESS isn’t a “bad thing”, OBSTACLES aren’t the “boogeyman”. In other words, never be afraid when you encounter an OBSTACLE that may be preventing you from reaching your FOCUS.
When you suddenly see an obstacle, that’s a good sign. A sign that we aren’t inert – a sign that we are moving and tuned in!!!
Thus, it is cool to view an obstacle as something that moves us, that stimulates us, that challenges us to use the best of our brain to be able to move forward and win!
One thing is decisive in overcoming obstacles: you formulate the question in the right manner. Never, but never, write down: MY OBSTACLE IS… (MY PROBLEM IS…) that I have no money, job or anything else! This kind of formulation doesn’t bring you any energy or stimulation. On the contrary; is limiting! It’s merely a complaint, a mumbling. It’s practically a sentence meaning that you won’t succeed, that you’re a failure!
A given problem, when well formulated, is half the way to finding the solution! Therefore, whenever you are faced with an obstacle, try to write in a positive manner.
In the book “Those who want more, CREATE FOCUS!”, I detail this a little further. But essentially, you should use the word “HOW”. If you need money, as in the previous example, instead of writing MY OBSTACLE IS THAT I DON’T HAVE ANY MONEY, you should write HOW CAN I GET MONEY…
By doing so, you are first demonstrating your belief in the possibility… You just need to know HOW! Also secondly, you are stimulating, challenging your brain to find a SOLUTION for you, to show you HOW you will succeed!
And who doesn’t like a challenge, right? By the way, have you established your FOCUS yet? Have you done the step-by-step process to get there? If not, I suggest you invest some time quietly reading the 5 steps to creating and focusing that is available at www.criafoco.com.br
Our next steps will be to produce ideas… But ideas for what? Where do you want to get to?
